Default my wife died on the 26th oct

hi there, my wife died very unexpectable, an my emotions are all over the place.

i'm very sorry for your loss Neil it is a hard time of year to lose someone, chin up XXXXXX it gets a little easier with time and don't fight your emotions feel how you want to feel grieving is a funny thing the best way to deal with it is to just ride it out you will have good and bad days the important thing to remember is that the love you have for the person you lose won't go away and will eventually help you feel better.
