Default My husband has died?

My husband has died?
Did i tell you
I must have
We were three
Now we are two
I don't like even numbers
My husband has died
I say it because he was 41 and I was 45
I don't want pity, I am telling you my husband has died
Left me husband less
Left us farther less
Left us to fend for ourselves
My husband has died
He was my soul mate
Over twenty years together
Every second I think about my husband
He's gone
He's never coming back
He went home
My husband has died
I keep saying husband
I don't have a husband
I have a late husband
Did I say my husband has died

Hi Karen,

Your words are so true, but even after a year I still refer to my husband as my husband. I haven't yet refered to my self as a widow yet.
Thinking of you.
Hugs,
Sheryl

Welcome Hadtya. I hope you can share your story, it helps to talk about it amongst those who know your pain.

Hadriya,

So sorry for your loss. You have come to to a place where people understand your emotions, moods and tears. A place where you can talk any time you need to and always find others who share your feelings.
