Default I lost my husband

I lost my husband to a car accident on November 18th/09 , everyday I struggle to cope, He was my best friend, my soul mate, he was the center of my world, we spent all of our time together and now I find myself alone and so sad, My heart is broken.
I made it through Christmas, His Birthday, and now we have Valentines, last year he bought me a beautiful basket,
Is it normal to cry at any given second of the day? I feel drained and tired all the time.
I sometimes wish I would die to be with him, but I would not want to put the girls through this grief again.
I know I should be going out or so I've been told, but I don't want to go anywhere.

Hi Colleen
Im so sorry about your loss. I lost my fiance in a car accident on the 6th of December and so know what you are going through, and I feel exactly as you do. Life has become a constant struggle and everyday seems to get worse, and I cant remember a day when I havent cried, which Im sure is normal its a way for our body to heal and handle the grief.
Paul was my best friend too and I spent all my time with him which makes it all the harder I feel very lonely and lost without him and I wish everyday that I had been in the car with him so we could be together but life is cruel.
What I can say is though you have to do what feels right for you and only you, if you dont want to go out dont, only do things when you are ready.

Thank-you for the kind words, I am so sorry for your loss as well.
I pray we both can find the strength to carry on in these difficult times.
