I lost my mum in march this year. My grandad died in april two years ago. In them two years i still feel i havent grieved properly and i still dont talk about it, but everybody else seems to have not 'moved on' but just learnt to live with it. Now im going through that exact same problem with loosing my mum. I never show my emotions so people never know when im upset, as i find it hard to speak to them. I hope this has made you feel like your not wrong, and please feel free to mail me, id be happy to chat. Nobody else seems to know what im going through. x

I am sorry you and dwight feel the way you do about the loss of your loved ones. You need to talk with someone, and you most certainly need to let your emotions out. Keeping them bottled up won't do your health any good in the long term.

Have you any family members you can talk too? if not here, on this forum is a good place to share how you feel as we have all experienced the loss of loved ones and know exactly how you feel.

May god bless you.

It's not wrong at all, it's very normal but that doesn't take away your pain. I agree with Tom. Talk to people, let people help you and don't try to ignore or avoid the grief. It WILL pass....but I know that's little comfort to you right now. Hopefully, you DO find comfort in knowing that you are normal and that so many people are experiencing the same thing. I'm so sorry for your loss. I lost my Dad a few years ago and recently was with my fiance's mother when she died.
