Default Books that deal with loss and grief

I just finished re-reading one of my favorite books from when I was a kid, The Bridge to Terabithia. Towards the end of the book, the main character has to deal with the unexpected death of his best friend. I didn't appreciate it when I was a child, but the author (Katherine Paterson) did a great job showing how the main character dealt with all the stages of grief from denial to acceptance.

Does anyone else have any favorite children's books that dealt well with the topics of death and dying?
