Default best friend

My best friend died last Friday. I'm so numb, I want her back. She was only 19. We'd been best friends since I was 6 months old. I wish this was all a dream.

I'm very sorry for your loss. I know the pain you are feeling, the numbness and the wishing it wasn't true. I lost my mom almost a year now and still wish it were all a dream. I wish I could offer you some comfort. It is a long hard journey, the grief and it's many emotions. Seek support from people who understand by sharing the feelings you have. Don't hold them in. It helps to talk about it when you are ready. Hang in there, Rachele
